Note: The Board of Directors for NMIHOA consists of the five elected Officer positions and four District Representative positions. When two individuals share a seat, only one may vote on items.

Specific committee chairs such as publicity, zoning and membership, may be appointed as Directors-at-Large when recommended to be so by the President, approved by the Board of Directors and voted by the members at a General Membership Meeting. Their appointed additions to the board are for that year only and expire the following June.
